The search is on!

So mistress has finally decided to try and find a new Janice, now that The Skin Taker's been fixed. We've searched amongst all the little girls who watch Tower TV. It's kinda hard to figure out. Granted, we're still keeping on Playtime With Mikey. But it's currently gone on Hiatus, because Mistress sent Mikey out to help search.

There'll probably be updates as we go along...

Oh take me back to the start...

Yknow, I wasn't always one of Mistress' dolls. Working for about a month to make sure our "tribute" to Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer is being put out on time. Yknow, making sure that Bumble pulls out Yukon Cornelius' intestines in JUST THE RIGHT WAY, and making sure Herby's crying REAL hard.

I used to be a regular director. I can't remember much about it though. I had a family, but they ended up dead. Good riddance. I would've ended up like them, but then Mistress made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Like, seriously, I COULDN'T. She threw some strings right into my vocal cords. Made me choke out a "Yes."

But I can't complain. I get treated okay, except for when Mistress is angry. Or she just got killed. Or if she's bored. Then I get tortured for a while. But then it's over and I go back to directing some new and exciting Tower TV program.

Right then, that's all for today. Mistress is being visited by some guy that Briar Rose possessed, and I need to direct, to quote Futurama, a "saucy puppetshow". Thanks for reading.

Interference

Well, I'm back from a twelve hour torture session. Mistress is QUITE pissed.

Turns out that SOMETHING has been interfering with our Tower TV broadcasts. I'd say there was a bright side in that it was only a rerun of Swan Lake, but GOD DAMN does Mistress like her some Swan Lake!

 But yeah, Tower TV got interference, I got tortured, Mistress' Swan Lake reruns got interrupted, nobody really won in this case. Except for whatever was causing the interference. That won pretty damn hard.

Playtime with Mikey

So yeah, Playtime With Mikey. Latest children's show since Candle Cove went off the air. I'm not sure you know this, but once the camera stops rolling, the children that don't become "the one" need to be fed. Normally the Mistress sends in a Puppet, but I guess she decided to send me in for once. Maybe she figured they wouldn't be freaked out by someone that moves a bit more... naturally. Of course, I always fricking hate doing that, because that means I get to see "Mikey" again.

Mikey's always wierded me out, honestly. I mean, I guess he takes decent care of the children. Always keeps the Sponsors in line when they make guest appearances... He just creeps me out though.

Actually, I have the most hilarious story. The Lord of Laughter was a guest star, right? So after the show, Mikey pretty much immediately shoved him out of the playroom. I know The Lord has an eternal grin on his face, but you could tell that he was just so ticked off. I have to admit, I laughed.

Visitors (1)

Well, I intend on using these next few posts to describe some ofMistresses many visitors, the beings you call Fears, and I call The Sponsors. The Gaunt Businessman showed up today. The Mistress had a rather calm conversation with him and then he left. Everyone on the set was pretty uncomfortable. Which is bad, because we were doing a Live performance of The Gaunt Businessman's favorite play, Woods. Yknow, the one where an actor playing him slaughters a group of teens in some woods? Yeah...

Also, Bloodhound showed up as well. He chewed on The Skintaker's rib cage for a while. Bastard deserves it. But the Mistress wasn't very happy. She swatted Bloodhound on the nose. With her fist. Bloodhound seemed more annoyed than anything though. He just growled and vanished. I'm... A little bit worried, honestly.

News from the set of Candle Cove.

Well, as anyone who's read To Light a Candle knows, Candle Cove's been delayed for a while now. We still can't find a new Janice. That doesn't mean that the "actors" aren't still around though. The new Percy's been much kinder than the old one. He's managed to keep all his REAL parts for a much longer time than the old one.

But the Skin Taker's a total pain to work with. His head's still off his body, but it can bounce around like something from a cartoon. He took a bite out of my ankle last time I visited the set. Unfortunately, knowing the Mistress, I couldn't have done anything in retribution, unless I wanted to get tortured again.

Also, the cameramen were bitching at me about how the show's been delayed and that they were out of work. What whiners. At least the Mistress isn't shoving them into one of the many torture rooms until they're useful again.

It's story time...

Well boys and girls, I might as well let you know my profession right off the bat.

I work on Tower TV.

Yeah, yeah, call me a monster, whatever. But my mistress has allowed me to share some of the day to day minutiae of the station, so that we can prove it's not all torturing people and using eldritch majyks or whatever you call it nowadays.
